Almost always, the failure was the prep. Rushed sanding. Caulking skipped on trim. Texture mismatched on a patch. Primer left off porous brick or raw drywall. The finish coat is the part you see — but the prep is what decides whether it holds.

Cabinet doors come off, get sprayed in our shop, and reinstall to a factory-style finish. Decorative finishes — Venetian plaster, limewash, Roman clay — are done by the same hands that did the sample.
