We do builder punch-list work that brings the home up to the finish level you actually expected.
We also do the upgrades the builder upcharged so much for that you skipped them — feature walls in the dining room or primary, cabinet color changes from generic builder white to a custom color, accent painting in the office or nursery, and Venetian plaster or limewash on a single statement wall.
Scheduling is built around move-in. Most new owners book us in the 2-week window after closing and before furniture delivery. We can also work room-by-room post-move-in if your timeline is tighter.
