Most painting companies are built for whole-home homeowner repaints. Realtor work is different — it has to land between inspection and the listing photographer, often inside a 5-day window. Our realtor program is scoped, scheduled, and priced for that reality.
We carry our own neutral palette of MLS-tested seller colors (warm whites, soft greiges, modern beiges) so you don't have to talk your client through a color decision under deadline. We also keep a standard cabinet white and trim white that we use across listings — your photographer will appreciate the consistency.
Vacant homes get fast access via lockbox or showing app. Occupied homes get evening/weekend scheduling when needed. Every project gets one project manager assigned to your account, so you're not chasing crews — you're texting one person.

Most standard listings (interior touch-ups, accent wall reset, neutralizing bold colors) turn in 3–5 working days. Full repaints with cabinet work take 5–10 days. We schedule against your photographer date, not the start date.
Yes. We have tiered partner pricing based on volume. After 3 listings in a calendar year you move to our partner tier — ~10–15% off standard rates. After 8 listings you move to our preferred partner tier with priority scheduling.
Yes — vacant homes are actually our preferred listing scenario. Lockbox access, no furniture protection, faster work. We coordinate with your showing app or lockbox code so you don't need to be on-site.
Standard make-ready: wall touch-up + repaint of any rooms with bold or dated colors, trim/door touch-up, ceiling spot repair, and full clean. Add-ons: cabinet refresh, exterior touch-up, full exterior repaint.
Either. Most realtors prefer we bill the seller direct and copy the agent. Some prefer to handle billing themselves and bake it into staging cost. We're flexible.
